Souad Cherouati
Souad Nefissa Cherouati (born 10 February 1989) is an Algerian Swimming (sport), swimmer. She competed in the Swimming at the 2017 World Aquatics Championships – Women's 1500 metre freestyle, women's 1500 metre freestyle event at the 2017 World Aquatics Championships. In 2019, she represented Algeria at the 2019 World Aquatics Championships held in Gwangju, South Korea. She competed in the Swimming at the 2019 World Aquatics Championships – Women's 800 metre freestyle, women's 800 metre freestyle and Swimming at the 2019 World Aquatics Championships – Women's 1500 metre freestyle, women's 1500 metre freestyle events. In both events she did not advance to compete in the final. She competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics in the Swimming at the 2020 Summer Olympics – Women's marathon 10 kilometre, women's marathon 10 km. African Games
The African Games, formally known as the All-Africa Games or the Pan African Games, are a continental multi-sport event held every four years, organized by the African Union (AU) with the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ANOCA) and the Association of African Sports Confederations (AASC). All of the competing nations are from the African continent. The first Games were held in 1965 in Brazzaville, Congo.
