Fabrizio Sotti (born April 27, 1975, Padova, Italy) is a guitarist, composer, producer and songwriter. In addition to jazz, Sotti plays in the styles of bebop, jazz fusion, soul, hip hop, R&B and pop. He has worked with the likes of Al Foster, Randy Brecker, John Patitucci, Mino Cinelu, Roy Hargrove, Cassandra Wilson, Shaggy, Melanie Fiona, Jennifer Lopez, Ice-T, Tupac, Q-Tip, K'naan, M-1 (rapper), Dead Prez, Hell Razah, Paolo Fresu, Zucchero, Mondo Marcio, Mina, Clementino among many others. Equipment Sotti endorses D'Angelico Guitars. His 2015 Fabrizio Sotti Signature Model, the EX-SS/FS, is based on the EX-SS with the addition of Seymour Duncan pick ups (SH2 and SH4), Sperzel machine heads, jumbo frets and reduced wood block for maximum resonance of the hollow body. Paolo Fresu
Paolo Fresu ( sc, Pàulu; born 10 February 1961) is an Italian jazz trumpet and flugelhorn player, as well as a composer and arranger of music. Career Born in Berchidda, Sardinia, he picked up the trumpet at the age of 11, and played in the band Bernardo de Muro in his home town Berchidda. Fresu graduated from the Conservatory of Cagliari in 1984, in trumpet studies under Enzo Morandini, and attended the University of Bologna School of music and performing arts in Bologna. He made his debut in 1985, with the release of his first album ''Ostinato.'' He has taught at the Siena Jazz National Seminars, as well as jazz university courses in Terni, and is the director of Nuoro Jazz Seminars in Nuoro, Italy. Chron Smith (born October 1, 1976), better known by his stage name Hell Razah, is an American rapper. He is best known as a member of Sunz of Man, an early affiliate group of the Wu-Tang Clan. Razah is rumored to have suffered a brain aneurysm in April 2010. He was quick to recover and continue recording. He came to adopt the moniker Heaven Razah. Dead Prez, often stylized as dead prez, is an American hip hop duo composed of stic.man and M-1, formed in 1996 in New York City. They are known for their confrontational style, combined with lyrics focused on both militant social justice, self-determination, and Pan-Africanism. The duo maintains an ethical stance against corporate control over the media, especially hip hop record labels. Mutulu Olugbala (born Lavonne Alford, May 12, 1975), better known by his stage name M-1 (sometimes stylized as M1), is an American rapper, songwriter, and activist from Brooklyn, New York.
