Sorkhpooshan Pakdasht F
Sorkhpooshan Delvar Afzar ( fa, سرخپوشان دلوارافزار) was a football team based in Tehran, Iran. They played in the Iranian First Division known as the Azadegan League. They were financially backed by ''Delvar Afzar Industrial Group''. They were also the reserve team of Iranian football's one of the most popular clubs, Persepolis F.C. for 2 seasons. Club history The club was originally based in the Iranian province of East Azerbaijan. It was a local club and participated in local club leagues. In 2003, after Ali Parvin left as Persepolis FC's manager, he vowed to never go back, deciding instead to create a new Persepolis. Because Sorkhpooshan is also a nickname of Persepolis FC, and their similar club colors, Parvin along with some other sponsors, bought the team and moved it to Tehran. Azadegan League
The Azadegan League ( fa, ليگ آزادگان, ''Lig-e Âzâdegân''), also known as League 1 ( fa, لیگ یک, ''Lig-e Yek''), is the second highest division of professional football in Iran. It was the top-level football league in Iran from its foundation in 1991 until 2001, when the Persian Gulf Pro League was established. Each year, the top finishing teams in the Azadegan League are promoted to the Persian Gulf Pro League, and the lowest finishing teams are relegated to League 2. Since 2016, the league comprises 18 teams. The winner and the runner-up of the Azadegan League are automatically promoted to the Persian Gulf Pro League. Reza Shahroudi ( fa, رضا شاهرودی, born February 21, 1972) is a retired Iranian football player. He played mostly for Persepolis. Hamid Alidoosti ( fa, حمید علیدوستی ; born 12 March 1956) is an Iranian football coach and former player. Playing career Alidoosti played for the Iranian club Homa FC for most of his career, and also appeared with FSV Salmrohr in Germany. He was a member of the Iran national team in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Faraz Kamalvand ( fa, فراز کمالوند, born 26 December 1976) is an Iranian football coach. Hamid Derakhshan
Hamid Reza Derakhshan ( fa, حمید درخشان; born 23 January 1959) is an Iranian former professional football player and now manager who last managed Saipa in Azadegan League. Derakhshan played as a midfielder for a number of clubs, most notably Persepolis as well as the Iran national team. Persepolis Football Club ( fa, باشگاه فوتبال پرسپولیس, Bâšgâh-e Futbâl-e Perspolis) is an Iranian professional football club based in Tehran, that competes in the Persian Gulf Pro League.
