Sophie Scheder
Sophie Celina Scheder (born 7 January 1997) is a German artistic gymnast. She is the 2016 Olympic bronze medalist on the uneven bars. Senior career 2013 Scheder competed at the 2013 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, where she finished 5th on the uneven bars. 2014 Scheder started the season competing at the American Cup held in Greensboro, North Carolina, where she placed 7th. A few weeks later she competed at the Cottbus Challenge Cup, where she won the bars title with a 14.925. At the 2014 European Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Sofia, she again made the bars final and placed 5th with a score of 14.733. Madison Kocian
Madison Taylor Kocian (born June 15, 1997) is a retired American artistic gymnast. On the uneven bars, she is one of four 2015 world champions and the 2016 Olympic silver medalist. She was part of the gold medal-winning team dubbed the " Final Five" at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, and was a member of the first-place American teams at the 2014 and 2015 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2020, where she was a member of its NCAA women's gymnastics team. Personal life Kocian was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Her parents, Thomas and Cindy Kocian, put her in gymnastics at a young age. The 2016 Olympic Gymnastics Test Event, known officially as Aquece Rio 2016, served as the final qualifier to the gymnastics events at the 2016 Summer Olympics, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Concerns and criticisms During the test event the FIG (International Gymnastics Federation) raised "serious concerns" regarding the state of preparations for the Summer Olympics. There were power outages while the athletes were performing. Furthermore, the concerns include problems with the timing system and insufficient lighting in competition and training halls. Pauline Charlotte Tratz (born June 14, 1999) is a former German artistic gymnast. Tratz competed at the 2015 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships where she helped her team place 12th. She was an alternate for the German team at the 2016 Summer Olympics, and competed at the 2017 Summer Universiade. She began competing for the UCLA Bruins gymnastics team in the 2018 season. 2015 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships
The 2015 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships was the forty-sixth edition of the Artistic Gymnastics World Championships. The competition was held from 23 October – 1 November 2015 at The SSE Hydro in Glasgow, United Kingdom, and is the first time that Scotland hosted the event. The competition served as a qualification for the 2016 Summer Olympics. Elisabeth Seitz (born 4 November 1993) is a German artistic gymnast. She is the 2022 European champion and the 2018 World bronze medalist on the uneven bars. She is one of the only female gymnasts in history to compete the Def (full-twisting Gienger) release, and her eponymous skill, a full-twisting Maloney. Seitz has also had success in the individual all-around event, where she is the 2011 European silver medalist and an eight-time German national champion (2010–13, 2015, 2017–18, 2021).
