Blaster Master
''Blaster Master'' is a video game series that was originally developed and published by Sunsoft. It began with the 1988 video game ''Blaster Master'' for the Nintendo Entertainment System, and the series has been rebooted twice. The first reboot, '' Blaster Master: Overdrive'', was released in 2010 and intended to "rebuild the Sunsoft brand in North America", but it received mediocre reception from critics and did not see a follow-up. After another hiatus, the series was rebooted again by developer Inti Creates with the 2017 video game '' Blaster Master Zero'', which retained an 8-bit style of graphics alongside similar gameplay and level design to the original, serving as a sort of reimagining of the title. The game was a collaborative effort between Sunsoft and Inti Creates, with Sunsoft still owning the property but Inti Creates handling full development and publishing. Its success led to it receiving two fully original sequels, '' Blaster Master Zero 2'' in 2019 and ''Blast ... Mother's Spiritual
''Mother's Spiritual'' is the eighth studio album by New York City-born singer, songwriter, and pianist Laura Nyro and her ninth original album in total, including the 1977 live album ''Season of Lights''. The album was released at the beginning of 1984 after a year of difficult and expensive recording sessions, and came more than five years after its predecessor, 1978's well-received but poor-selling ''Nested''. Thanks to a small buzz surrounding Nyro's return to the spotlight after her second period of semi-retirement (the first came from 1972 to 1975), ''Mother's Spiritual'' became Nyro's last US chart entry, reaching #182 on the ''Billboard'' 200 chart. Musically, ''Mother's Spiritual'' is the most serene and easygoing of all Laura Nyro albums, and was criticised in some quarters for being too sedate and maternal in comparison to her wild, adventurous, and experimental albums such as ''Eli and the Thirteenth Confession'' and '' New York Tendaberry''. Thematically, Nyro's conc ... [...More Info...]       [...Related Items...]     OR:     [Wikipedia]   [Google]   [Baidu]   |
