Son Rise
''Son Rise'' is a 2019 Indian Hindi-language documentary film directed and produced by Vibha Bakshi. The film is set in Haryana, infamous for its strongly embedded patriarchy. Yet, from this unlikeliest place, Vibha Bakshi's ''Son Rise'' follows those men who are trying to break the shackles of patriarchy and fight for women's rights. Vibha Bakshi
Vibha Bakshi (born 23 September 1970) is an Indian filmmaker, journalist, and founder of Responsible Films. She is known for her films that highlight issues of gender inequality. Vibha's most notable films as both director and producer include '' Daughters of Mother India'' and '' Son Rise''. Both films are winners of the National Film Awards from the President of India. She is the recipient of four National Film Awards from the President of India. Vibha has been awarded the Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters by the Boston University in 2018 for her work as a journalist and filmmaker. Royal Opera House, more commonly known simply as Opera House in Mumbai (formerly Bombay), is India's only surviving opera house. Situated on Charni Road, near Girgaum Chowpatti beach, the adjective ‘Royal’ was prefixed to ‘Opera House’ to reflect the fact that its foundation stone was laid during the British Raj in 1909, and King George V inaugurated the building in 1911 while the building was still under construction.
