''Son of Sam'' is the fifth project by American hip hop recording artist Lucki and his second extended play An extended play record, usually referred to as an EP, is a musical recording that contains more tracks than a single but fewer than an album or LP record.
; it was released on March 22, 2016.


Background

Lucki released the first song "Selful" in November 2015, but was soon deleted for unknown reasons. On December 18, 2015, Lucki released "Jigga 98" with only his verse.

Lucki Camel Jr. (born May 30, 1996) known mononymously as Lucki (stylized in all caps) is an American rapper and record producer from Chicago, Illinois. He came to public attention in 2013, after receiving recognition for his debut project, '' Alternative Trap''. Lucki has worked with prominent music figures since then, releasing songs with Chance the Rapper, FKA Twigs, Danny Brown, Earl Sweatshirt, Future and Lil Yachty. He has now signed with record label Empire. He has been hailed as one of the most influential figures in underground hip-hop in recent years. His 2022 studio album "Flawless Like Me" saw mainstream success, debuting at #12 on the Billboard 200. Background A few months after the release of his third mixtape, X, Lucki started releasing freestyles to his extended play An extended play record, usually referred to as an EP, is a musical recording that contains more tracks than a single but fewer than an album or LP record.
''Freewave EP''. At first, they were single songs, but soon announced they were to be a part of the upcoming EP; he first released ''Freewave Freestyle'' and ''Back Home'', and soon followed with ''Freewave 3, 4, 5, and 7''. The EP consisted of ten songs, the tenth song titled ''Rumors'' added a couple of weeks later.
