Türkiye Kömür İşletmeleri Soma Linyit Spor Kulübü, shortly TKİ Soma Linyitspor, colloquially known as Soma Linyitspor, is a Turkish football club located in Manisa. The world "linyit" means brown coal in Turkish language, which commemorates coal mining industry in city of Manisa. The club enjoyed their best performances while competing at TFF Second League, then-second tier league competition in Turkish football league system. Turkish Regional Amateur League
The Turkish Regional Amateur League ( tr, Bölgesel Amatör Ligi) is the fifth tier of the Turkish football league system. The tier comprises a number (usually 11-13, varies by season) of groups across Turkey, each consisting of teams grouped according to the regions in which they are based. Every season, 9 teams are promoted to the TFF Third League while the bottom two teams of each group are relegated to the Super Amateur Leagues of their respective provinces. Lignite
Lignite, often referred to as brown coal, is a soft, brown, combustible, sedimentary rock formed from naturally compressed peat. It has a carbon content around 25–35%, and is considered the lowest rank of coal due to its relatively low heat content. When removed from the ground, it contains a very high amount of moisture which partially explains its low carbon content. The TFF 1. Lig, officially known as Spor Toto 1. Lig for sponsorship reasons, is the second level of the Turkish football league system. The league was founded in 2001 as the ''Turkish Second League Category A'' after the reorganization of the Second Football League, which was the second level of the Turkish league system between 1963 and 2001. The league was called ''Türk Telekom Lig A'' in the 2006–2007 season, and was renamed to ''TFF First League'' prior to the 2007–08 season. As of 16 January 2008 the league was renamed as Bank Asya 1. Samsun 19 Mayıs Stadium, also known as Canik 19 Mayıs Stadium, ( tr, Samsun 19 Mayıs Stadyumu or ''Canik 19 Mayıs Stadyumu'') was a multi-purpose stadium in the Canik district of Samsun, northern Turkey. The Süper Lig (, ''Super League''), officially known as Spor Toto Süper Lig for sponsorship reasons, is a Turkish professional league for association football clubs. It is the top-flight of the Turkish football league system and is run by the Turkish Football Federation.
