Solbi
Kwon Ji-an (; born 30 September 1984), commonly known by her stage name Solbi (), is a South Korean singer, painter, and television personality. She made her singing debut in 2006 as a member of the K-pop group Typhoon, and gained widespread fame in 2008 as a cast member of the variety show ''We Got Married''. She held her first solo exhibition as a painter in 2012. Career Debut She made her debut as the main vocalist of the representative K-pop hybrid group Typhoon in 2006 and also released her solo album ' Do It ' in 2008. In the same year, she also received attention in plays and musicals. Since then, she has been releasing music and music albums every year. Typhoon (타이푼) was South Korean music group. Typhoon was signed with Trifecta Entertainment (Korea). Due to Solbi's busy schedule in 2008, she was not able to participate in Typhoon's 3rd album ''Rendezvous'', so therefore another female vocalist replaced her. However, this did not confirm Solbi's departure from the group, she was able to remain a member and work again when she was able to. In February 2009, Hana officially left the group after only 2 months. Singer Lee Kyung, who sang for the OST of MBC drama Wise Mothers and Good Wives, officially replaced her on February 6. Typhoon disbanded in 2010. We Got Married
''We Got Married'' () was a South Korean reality variety show that aired on MBC from 2008 to 2017. The show paired up celebrities who pretended to be married couples and completed various challenges together. The show ran for four seasons and inspired several spin-offs, including a "global edition" of the show that featured non-Korean celebrities. Pilot special The show's pilot episode was aired on 6 February 2008 as a Korean New Year special. ''Idol School'' () was a 2017 reality girl group survival show on Mnet. The program aimed to form a 9-member girl group from a pool of 41 female participants, training them in singing, dancing and other "subjects" over an 11 week time period. While sharing similarities to another Mnet survival program, ''Produce 101'', the two shows differed in many ways including its number of participants, voting system, and number of winners that will form the final group. Another of the shows greatest differences was how they treated the eliminated contestants. In Idol School, participants where given the chance to continue studying in the 'normal class' for a chance to debut in a future group where they would continue studying in a different class off-campus (off location) under less public scrutiny.
