Sokół Nisko
Miejski Klub Sportowy Sokół Nisko, commonly referred to as Sokół Nisko (), is a Polish football club based in Nisko, Podkarpackie Voivodeship. From the 2023–24 season, participating in the Stalowa Wola district class, as a result of relegation from the IV liga Subcarpathia in 2023. The club's name literally means ''falcon'' in Polish, and it comes from the Polish Gymnastic Society "Sokół". History The club was founded in 1919, primarily participating in the Lwów's sub-district B-class. After World War II, from 1944 the club operated under the name OMTUR Nisko, and later, in the early period of the Polish People's Republic, it operated under other names under the nomenclature of sports associations: Zenit Nisko, Związkowiec Nisko and Ogniwo Nisko. Gorzycki Klub Sportowy Stal Gorzyce is an association football club based in Gorzyce, Poland. Between 1992 and 2014, the club was known as Tłoki Gorzyce. History The club was founded in 1951 as Koło Sportowe Stal Gorzyce. They has also performed under various names, adding Tłoki to its name in 1992. Dariusz Michalak (born July 21, 1966) is a Polish former Association football, footballer who played as a midfielder. Career From the age of 7, he trained football in Stal Stalowa Wola, of which he is a home-grown. Among his coaches was Rudolf Patkoló. In the colors of "Stalówka" he was promoted twice to Ekstraklasa (1990–91 and 1993–94 seasons). Poland Ekstraklasa (), meaning "Extra Class" in Polish, named PKO Ekstraklasa since the 2019–20 season due to its sponsorship by PKO Bank Polski, is the top Polish professional league for men's association football teams. Tomasz Abramowicz (born 15 February 1979 in Ełk) is a Polish footballer who currently plays as a midfielder or forward for Victoria Czermin. Football career Abramowicz began his career as a trainee with Stal Mielec.
