, better known by the stage name , is a Japanese kabuki, film, and television actor and stage director. Early life and career Ichikawa Ennosuke IV was born on 26 November 1975, in Tokyo, Japan, into a family with deep connections to the kabuki tradition. He is the son of Ichikawa Danshirō IV, a kabuki actor known for his ''aragoto'' style of performances.
