La Brea, Trinidad And Tobago
La Brea is a town in southwestern Trinidad, located northeast of Point Fortin and southwest of San Fernando. La Brea (Spanish for "the tar" or "the pitch") is best known as the site of the Pitch Lake, a natural asphalt lake. Pronunciation of "La Brea" differs from that used in the USA at the La Brea Tar Pits in Los Angeles. Trinidadians call this place "La Bray". Location La Brea health district is situated in the mid-western peninsula. Mount Sobo
is one of the 100 Famous Japanese Mountains. The mountain lies on the border of Taketa and Bungo-ōno in Ōita Prefecture and Takachiho, Nishiusuki District in Miyazaki Prefecture. It is within the Sobo, Katamuki and Okue Biosphere Reserve. Mount Sobo is the highest peak in Miyazaki Prefecture and in Ōita Prefecture only the middle peak of Mount Kujū is higher. The Sobo Mountain range extends into three prefectures: Ōita, Miyazaki and Kumamoto. Because of the volcanic activity which formed the mountain, huge rocks can be found everywhere around the mountain. There is a great variety of mountain climbing routes, ranging from animal trails to well maintained paths. Alexandra Sobo (born ) is a Romanian female volleyball player, playing the middle blocker position. She is part of the Romania women's national volleyball team. Throughout the last 14 years her stature combined with her long arms (2 metres wingspan) and elevation has made Sobo one of the most powerful middle blockers in Europe, with top blocking abilities and precise one-foot attacks. Stats from the 2015 Women's European Volleyball Championship rank her among the top centers of the game.
