Paul Daniels
Newton Edward Daniels (6 April 1938 – 17 March 2016), known professionally as Paul Daniels, was an English magician and television presenter. He achieved international fame through his television series '' The Paul Daniels Magic Show'', which ran on the BBC from 1979 to 1994. Daniels was known for his catchphrase "You'll like this... not a lot, but you'll like it!", and for his marriage to his assistant, Debbie McGee. He was awarded the "Magician of the Year" Award by the Academy of Magical Arts in 1982, the first magician from outside the United States to receive it. He also won the Golden Rose of Montreux in 1985. He was a Member of the Inner Magic Circle with Gold Star. ''Sorry, I've Got No Head'' was a CBBC children's sketch comedy television series. The programme's cast originally consisted of William Andrews, David Armand, James Bachman, Marcus Brigstocke, Anna Crilly, Justin Edwards, Mark Evans, Mel Giedroyc, Marek Larwood, Toby Davies and Nick Mohammed, most of whom also wrote parts of the show. Nortonland
''Nortonland'' is a British television clip show that aired on digital channel Challenge, and was based on games played on Graham Norton's Channel 4 show ''V Graham Norton''. It began airing on 6 August 2007 and aired at 11pm on Monday to Thursday. The show is set around a fictional animated theme park called "Nortonland" in which a tour guide takes the viewer around the theme park to show a selection of games. About three games are played in one half-hour episode. Whilst Norton owns half of the company that produces the show, SO Television, he is not seen to be at all affiliated with the show, except for starring in the clips. One such episode was accidentally broadcast in a 16:9 widescreen format, giving Challenge viewers a very rare chance to view a widescreen programme that is not cropped into a 14:9 picture. ''School's Out'' is a BBC television series hosted by Danny Wallace. Based on the premise of school subjects, celebrity contestants are asked questions that they would have been asked at school. Rounds *The General Knowledge Round – Each contestant is randomly asked four questions on any subject. *The Timetable round – A school timetable is shown, five days with six subjects per day. Contestants pick a day and then one subject in the morning and one in the afternoon. They are then asked a question based on that subject.
