Smalyavichy District ( be, Смалявіцкі раён, Smalavicki rajon; russian: Смолевичский район, Smolevičskij raion) is a second-level administrative subdivision (raion) of Belarus in Minsk Region. Its seat is the town of Smalyavichy but the most populated one is Zhodzina. History The district was created on 17 July 1924. RAR is a proprietary format, proprietary archive file format that supports data compression, error correction and file spanning. It was developed in 1993 by Russian software engineer Eugene Roshal and the software is licensed by ''win.rar GmbH''. The name ''RAR'' stands for ''Roshal Archive''.
