Sludge Life
''Sludge Life'' is an indie first-person video game oriented toward graffiti. The game was designed by musician Adam "Doseone" Drucker and artist Terri Vellmann following their release of ''High Hell'' on Devolver Digital. ''Sludge Life'' was released in 2020 for free for the first year. It has been released along with a soundtrack EP and digital album. Gameplay ''Sludge Life'' is an open-world adventure game based on graffiti, parkour, and urban culture. Initially equipped with nothing more than a spray can and laptop, the player must leap and climb to find prime locations for tagging in order to further explore the environment. Tagging (especially difficult tags) enables the player to gain respect from other taggers and eventually allows the player to co-operate with a series of murals. Doseone
Adam Drucker (born April 21, 1977), better known by his stage name Doseone, is an American rapper, producer, poet and artist. He is a co-founder of the indie hip hop record label Anticon. He has also been a member of numerous groups including Deep Puddle Dynamics, Greenthink, Clouddead, Themselves, Subtle, 13 & God, Go Dark, Nevermen, and A7pha. PAX (originally known as Penny Arcade Expo) is a series of gaming culture festivals involving tabletop, arcade, and video gaming. ''Heavy Bullets'' is a roguelike first-person shooter video game developed by Brazil-based indie developer Terri Vellmann and published by Devolver Digital. The game was released for Microsoft Windows, OS X, and Linux on 18 September 2014. Gameplay ''Heavy Bullets'' is a first-person shooter video game. The player character is armed with a pistol and a low amount of ammunition which can be retrieved upon firing. The player's objective is to battle through 8 levels and reset a security mainframe. Levels are procedurally generated. Killing enemies rewards the player with money which can be used to purchase usable and passive items. Upon death the player will not respawn, a new play-through must be started. Money can be deposited in a bank and will carry over to the next play-through, the player can also purchase insurance to save money and items if they die.
