''Sleepwalkers'' is the second studio album by Brian Fallon, singer/guitarist of American rock band The Gaslight Anthem, released on February 9, 2018, through Island Records. The album peaked at #42 on the Billboard 200 chart and received "generally favorable reviews" from critics. Background "Sleepwalkers" is notably closer to the rocknroll sound of The Gaslight Anthem than his previous folk influenced solo album "Painkillers." In an interview with RollingStone, Fallon said “even though it’s not necessarily Gaslight Anthem album one-fourth of the band’s sound is always whatever I brought to the table. That’s mine, in anything that I do. Brian Fallon
Brian Fallon (born January 28, 1980) is an American musician, singer and songwriter. He is best known as the lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist, and main lyricist of the rock band the Gaslight Anthem, with whom he has recorded five studio albums. He is also a member of the duo the Horrible Crowes alongside the Gaslight Anthem's guitar technician and touring guitarist, Ian Perkins. Since 2016, Fallon has released four solo albums and one EP. Biography Fallon was born in Red Bank, New Jersey, in 1980. His mother Debbie was in a folk band in the late 1960s called 'The Group Folk Singers'. Gregory Calbi (born April 3, 1949) is an American mastering engineer at Sterling Sound, New Jersey. Biography Greg Calbi was born on April 3, 1949, in Yonkers, New York, and raised in Bayside, Queens, New York. He graduated in 1966 from Bishop Reilly High School in Fresh Meadows. Calbi earned his bachelor's degree in Mass Communications at Fordham University where he studied with Marshall McLuhan and his staff for 3 of those years. Preservation Hall Jazz Band
The Preservation Hall Jazz Band is a New Orleans jazz band founded in New Orleans by tuba player Allan Jaffe in the early 1960s. The band derives its name from Preservation Hall in the French Quarter. In 2005, the Hall's doors were closed for a period of time due to Hurricane Katrina, but the band continued to tour. Early years In the 1950s, Larry Borenstein, an art dealer from Milwaukee, managed Preservation Hall in the French Quarter as an art gallery.
