Michael Joseph Cognata (born May 5, 1988) is an American actor from Boston, Massachusetts. He played Julian Robbins in NBC's Chicago Fire and Tito in Showtime's Shameless Career Cognata attended the Boston Arts Academy (2006) where he majored in theatre.
