''Sky Midnight News'' is a news strand that airs every day on Sky News and on Sky News HD in the UK. The first 30–35 minutes of each hour features a round-up of the news stories and a look ahead to the morning news. Sky Campus
Sky Studios (also known as Sky Campus) is the headquarters of satellite broadcaster Sky, and home to much of their programming output. The Isleworth campus consists of nine buildings plus ancillary structures, with three of those buildings containing television studios. The site is also a playout centre for many of Sky's channels. There are ten conventional television studios on site, alongside a number of galleries, purpose-built studios for news and sports news broadcasting, and post-production facilities. A number of the studios are available for independent production companies to hire. The multiple-camera setup, multiple-camera mode of production, multi-camera or simply multicam is a method of filmmaking and video production. Several cameras—either film or professional video cameras—are employed on the set and simultaneously record or broadcast a scene. It is often contrasted with a single-camera setup, which uses one camera. Description Generally, the two outer cameras shoot close-up shots or "crosses" of the two most active characters on the set at any given time, while the central camera or cameras shoot a wider master shot to capture the overall action and establish the geography of the room. ''Sky World News'' was a weekday non-stop early morning news programme which aired during the early morning GMT on Sky News and is broadcast around the world. The programme was presented primarily by Kimberley Leonard. Broadcast At the time of its last programme, Sky World News broadcast from 3 am GMT on Weekdays in the United Kingdom. When it launched the programme was initially two hours long and aired from 4 am until 6am GMT. In March 2009, the programme added an extra hour, now starting an hour earlier at 3 am GMT. The time slot changed once more in 2016 with the programme typically ran from 3 am until 5:30 am, with the 5:30 am-6 am gap being filled with a re-transmission of the previous evening's ''Press Preview''. On the weekends, Sky World News did not air. Instead the 3-6 am slot consisted of generic ''Sky News'' branded bulletins and in later years, a documentary usually airs in the 4am hour. Sam Naz
Samreen "Sam" Naz is a British television presenter, journalist and actress, currently working as a news anchor for Sky News in London. She has previously hosted several news programmes including ''60 Seconds''. Early life and education Naz was born and brought up in Birmingham and is of British Pakistanis, Pakistani descent. She attended the University of Leeds before completing a postgraduate diploma in Broadcast Journalism at Leeds Trinity University. In 2002, she received a bursary from the George Viner Memorial Fund, an initiative by the National Union of Journalists to broaden the diversity of journalists in the media.
