Skins (series 7)
'' Skins'' is a British teen drama created by father-and-son television writers Bryan Elsley and Jamie Brittain for Company Pictures. The seventh and final series, entitled ''Skins Redux'', began airing on E4 on 1 July 2013 and ended on 5 August 2013. The final series sees the return of several characters from the first two generations of the show. Summary Notably, all of the characters featured have undergone enormous personality changes since their last appearances: Effy has cast her party-hard lifestyle and issues aside, and has become more mature and ambitious. Naomi has lost much of her ambition as a principled young woman and is now a layabout and stoner. Emily has become more confident. E4 (TV Channel)
E4 is a British free-to-air public broadcast television channel owned and operated by Channel Four Television Corporation. Liam Boyle is a British actor. Life and career Boyle grew up in Heywood, Greater Manchester, England. It was in his final preparations for a teaching degree at University that Boyle was spotted by a casting director at an open audition for a film. Instead of going to the final interviews for his degree he made the decision to go to the recalls for the film, which fell on the same day. He was trained in drama at the Oldham Theatre Workshop. "Skins Rise" is a feature-length episode of the E4 television series '' Skins''. Airing in two parts in 2013, the episode was the third and final episode of the specially-commissioned seventh season intended to bring the series to a close, and the final episode of the series. While in its initial six-year run ''Skins ''was a teen drama about the lives of Bristolian teenagers, "Skins Rise" like the two previous episodes, "Skins Fire" and "Skins Pure", is a filmically and tonally distinct drama which revisits one of the show's characters as they face adulthood.
