'' Skins'' is a British teen drama created by father-and-son television writers Bryan Elsley and Jamie Brittain for Company Pictures. The fifth series began airing on E4 on 27 January 2011 and ended on 17 March 2011. E4 (TV Channel)
E4 is a British free-to-air public broadcast television channel owned and operated by Channel Four Television Corporation. The "E" stands for ''entertainment'' and the channel is primarily aimed at the 16/18–34 age group (similar to BBC Three, ITV2, 5Star, Sky Max, Sky Comedy, Comedy Central and Dave). Rich is the second episode of the fifth series of the British teen drama '' Skins''. It first aired on E4 in the UK on 3 February 2011. The episode focuses on the character Rich Hardbeck ( Alexander Arnold) as he attempts to find a girlfriend, with the help of his friend Grace Blood (Jessica Sula). Plot The episode begins with Rich Hardbeck, a metalhead, playing Slayer at a party he and his friend, Alo are attending, causing the two to get thrown out. Alo, fed up that Rich keeps getting in between him and girls, attempts to persuade him to find a girlfriend of his own. "Franky" is the first episode of the fifth series of the British teen drama '' Skins''. It first aired on E4 in the UK on 27 January 2011. It introduces the third generation of the series, and focuses on the character of Franky Fitzgerald ( Dakota Blue Richards) she attempts to fit in at Roundview College, after moving to Bristol from Oxford with her adoptive gay dads. On her way to school she becomes involved in an accident with a motorized scooter. Sean Teale (born 18 June 1992) is a British actor, known for his roles as Prince Condé in ''Reign'', Nick Levan in '' Skins'', and Ben Larson in the Syfy series '' Incorporated.'' He also co-starred in the Fox sci-fi/drama series '' The Gifted''. Early life Teale grew up in Putney, London. He is of Venezuelan, Spanish, and Welsh descent. Laya Lewis (born 14 May 1992) is an English actress, best known for her role as Liv Malone in the fifth and sixth series of the hit British TV drama '' Skins''. Early life Laya Lewis was born in South London, St George's Hospital but grew up in Bristol. Her mother was born in Britain to Jamaican parents who moved to England in the 60's as part of the Windrush generation. She studied at Fairfield Secondary School and then 6th Form at Cotham School. Freya Mavor (born 13 August 1993) is a Scottish actress and model. She is best known for her roles as Mini McGuinness in the E4 teen drama '' Skins'' and Daria Greenock in the HBO finance drama series ''Industry''.
