Sjur Lindebrække
Sjur Lindebrække (6 April 1909 – 1 October 1998) was a Norwegian banker and Conservative Party of Norway politician. He was born in Voss. During the 1940 Norwegian Campaign, Lindebrække was mobilized by the Norwegian 4th Division. From 1940 he worked as assistant manager in Bergens Privatbank, and became bank manager in 1945, administrative director in 1959, and from 1969 he was working chairman. He was a Storting representative between 1945 and 1953, and was chairman of the Norwegian Conservative Party from 1962 to 1970. Lindebrække was a member of the Norwegian Nobel Committee from 1976 to 1981. Alv Kjøs
Alv Kjøs (4 June 1894 – 14 April 1990) was a Norwegian army officer and politician for the Conservative Party. Early life and military career He was born in Løiten, the son of farmers Andreas Olsen Kjøs and Dina Baardsdatter. Having achieved his ''examen artium'' academic certification in 1914, he graduated from the upper section of the Norwegian Military Academy in 1917. Upon graduating, he joined the infantry of the 2nd Division as a first lieutenant. He first served in the 6th Infantry Regiment, before transferring to the 5th Infantry Regiment in 1921. Political career He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Hedmark in 1937, and was re-elected on five occasions. Kåre Willoch
Kåre Isaachsen Willoch (; 3 October 1928 – 6 December 2021) was a Norwegian politician who served as the 30th prime minister of Norway from 1981 to 1986 and as leader of the Conservative Party from 1970 to 1974. He previously served as the Minister of Trade and Shipping from August to September 1963 and 1965 to 1970, and as the president of the Nordic Council in 1973. After stepping down as Prime Minister, he served as Governor of Oslo and Akershus from 1989 to 1998 and as Chairman of Norway's state broadcasting company NRK from 1998 to 2000. Following his retirement from politics he became an outspoken advocate of the environment and human rights and was widely respected for his activism including amongst Norway's political left. Bernt Ingvaldsen (12 October 1902 – 24 April 1985) was a Norwegian politician for the Conservative Party. He was born in Trondheim. He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from the Market towns of Buskerud county in 1950, and was re-elected on six occasions. He was President of the Storting from 1965 to 1972, and from 1972 to 1973 he was Vice President. On the local level Ingvaldsen was a member of Drammen city council from 1945 to 1959. He was a member of the Norwegian Nobel Committee from 1967 to 1970, and served as vice chairman of it from 1970 to 1975.
