Sistema De Tren Eléctrico Urbano
The Sistema de Tren Eléctrico Urbano (Spanish for Urban Electric Train System), is an urban rail transit system serving the Guadalajara metropolitan area, in the municipalities of Guadalajara, Zapopan and Tlaquepaque, in the state of Jalisco, Mexico. It is owned by the state of Jalisco, and is operated by the state authority SITEUR. Opened in 1989, the system consists of three lines: Line 1 of the Guadalajara light rail system, Line 1, running from north to south with 20 stations; Line 2 of the Guadalajara light rail system, Line 2, running from the city center to the east with 10 stations; and Line 3 of the Guadalajara light rail system, Line 3, running from the north-west to south-east with 18 stations. Auditorio Light Rail Station
Auditorio is the first station of Line 1 of Guadalajara's light rail system from north to south, and the twentieth in the opposite direction. This station is underground. This station is located under the intersection of ''Calzada Federalismo'' with ''Tratado of Tlatelolco'' street, in the municipality of Zapopan. Its construction was carried out together with that of a ramp that comes to the surface, which is used as a parking lot for trains and as a return to change from south-north to the opposite direction. This new station is the new terminus of Line 1 and is part of the renovation and expansion project for said line. The station was completed more than a year and a half ago and was inaugurated on November 22, 2018. Mi Macro Calzada
Mi Macro Calzada is the first line of the Guadalajara Macrobús. It runs along on the Independencia roadway and the Gobernador Curiel Avenue from the southern terminus, Fray Angélico, north to Mirador, with a total of 27 stations. The line has connections with Line 2 of the Guadalajara light rail system, line 2 and Line 3 of the Guadalajara light rail system, line 3 of the Guadalajara light rail system, light rail at the San Juan de Dios and Bicentenario stations, respectively, and with the second BRT line, Mi Macro Periférico, at the Independencia Norte station.
