Sisir Mishra
Sisir Mishra is an Indian film director and screenwriter best known for directing Hindi and Odia language films including '' Bheegi Palkein'', ''Samay Ki Dhara'', ''Billoo Baadshaah'', ''TADA'' and ''Aseema''. In 2018 he was awarded the Padma Shri, India's fourth-highest civilian award. Biography He was born in Bomkei, near Digapahandi, Brahmapur in the Ganjam district of Odisha. He is the son of Purushottam Mishra, and his father was an engineer who worked for the British Raj. Mishra completed his B.Sc degree at Khallikote College, Brahmapur and an M.Sc in Physics from Ravenshaw College, Cuttack. Ravenshaw College
Ravenshaw University, formerly known as Ravenshaw college, is a co-educational state university situated in Cuttack, Odisha on the eastern coast of India. Founded as Ravenshaw College in 1868, the institution became a university in 2006. The university has nine schools, thirty three academic departments and a student enrolment of nearly 8,000. It is one of the oldest educational institutes in the country and its history is synonymous with the history of modern Odisha. The name Ollywood is a portmanteau of the words Odia and Hollywood. Droṇa ( sa, द्रोण, Droṇa), also referred to as Dronacharya ( sa, द्रोणाचार्य, Droṇācārya), is a major character of the Hindu epic Mahabharata. In the epic, he serves as the royal preceptor of the Kauravas and the Pandavas. He is one of the primary counsellors and warriors featured in the epic.
