Sira Jenjaka
Sira Jenjaka ( th, สิระ เจนจาคะ; born 5 January 1964) is a Thai politician. In 2019, he was elected to the 25th House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Thailand. He was a member of the anti-corruption panel of the House of Representatives. He left the panel after disagreements with the panel’s chairman Sereepisuth Temeeyaves. 2019 Thai House Of Representatives
The House of Representatives of Thailand of 2019 consists of 500 members elected in the 24 March 2019 general election, who, together with 250 members of the appointed Senate, form the National Assembly of Thailand. It is the first parliament convened in accordance with the 2017 constitution, which followed the 2014 military coup. Its lower house was the first since the coup to be elected, while the Senate was appointed by the National Council for Peace and Order, the military junta that came to power in the coup. Parliament was officially opened by King Maha Vajiralongkorn on 24 May 2019. Former prime minister Chuan Leekpai was elected Speaker of the House of Representatives in its first session on 25 May. Palang Pracharath Party ( th, พรรคพลังประชารัฐ, ; ) is a Thai civil-military political party with ties to the National Council for Peace and Order, the military junta that ruled the country after the 2014 coup. The National Assembly of Thailand ( Abrv: NAT; th, รัฐสภา, , ) is the bicameral legislative branch of the government of Thailand. It convenes in the Sappaya-Sapasathan, Dusit District, Bangkok. Police General Sereepisuth Temeeyaves ( th, เสรีพิศุทธ์ เตมียเวส; , originally: Seri Temeeyaves; th, เสรี เตมียเวส; born 3 September 1948) was Commissioner of the Royal Thai Police between February 2007 and April 2008. Appointed Police Commissioner of Thailand by a military junta, replacing Kowit Wattana, the Police Commissioner under deposed Premier Thaksin Shinawatra. Sereepisuth was removed from office in April 2008 by then prime minister Samak Sundaravej under charges of corruption.
