SirVincent Rogers
SirVincent Rogers (born May 9, 1986) is a former gridiron football offensive lineman who played professionally for 12 years. He spent the bulk of his career with the Ottawa Redblacks of the Canadian Football League (CFL) where he won the 104th Grey Cup. He played college football at the University of Houston and attended Jasper High School in Jasper, Texas. He has also been a member of the Miami Dolphins, Hartford Colonials, Arizona Rattlers, Las Vegas Locomotives, Jacksonville Sharks, Toronto Argonauts, and Edmonton Elks. Professional career Miami Dolphins Rogers was signed by the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League on April 30, 2009. He left the team on August 6, 2009. Jasper, Texas
Jasper is a city in and the county seat of Jasper County, Texas, United States. Its population was 6,884 at the 2020 U.S. Census, down from 7,590 at the 2010 U.S. Census. CFL's Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman Award
The Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman Award is annually awarded to the best offensive lineman in the Canadian Football League. The two nominees for the award are the Leo Dandurand Trophy winner from the East Division, and the DeMarco-Becket Memorial Trophy winner from the West Division. Between the years of 1955 to 1973, both defensive players and offensive lineman had to compete for the CFL's Most Outstanding Lineman Award. 2020 CFL Season
The 2020 CFL season would have been the 67th season of modern-day Canadian football. Officially, it would have been the 63rd season of the Canadian Football League. It was originally scheduled to begin on June 11; on April 7, the start of the season was delayed to begin no sooner than July due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Canada. The CFL planned to obtain financial assistance from the federal government. In May, the CFL delayed the season to no sooner than September, and announced that the Grey Cup was to be played as a home advantage game rather than as a neutral site game in Regina, Saskatchewan, as originally planned. Edmonton Eskimos
The Edmonton Elks are a professional Canadian football team based in Edmonton, Alberta.
