Arisa
Rosalba Pippa (born 20 August 1982), better known by her stage name Arisa, is an Italian singer and actress. Early life Arisa was born in Genoa, Italy. A week after her birth, her family moved back to their original hometown, Pignola, a village a few kilometres from Potenza. (in Italian) Her stage name is an acronym of her family members' names: A from her father, Antonio; R from her own name, Rosalba; I and S from her sisters, Isabella and Sabrina; and A from her mother, Assunta. In 1999, she won first prize in the Cantacavallo competition in Teggiano for her singing ability. The president of the jury, journalist and writer Bianca Fasano, personally delivered the cup. It was established in 1992, when major corporate labels left the previously existing Associazione dei Fonografici Italiani (AFI). During the following years, most of the remaining Italian record labels left AFI to join the new organisation. As of 2011, FIMI represents 2,500 companies operating in the music business. FIMI is a member of the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry and of the Italian employers' federation, Confindustria. Its main purpose is to protect the interests of the Italian record industry. Starting in March 1995, the Italian Music Industry Federation began providing the Italian official albums chart. Giuseppe Anastasi
Giuseppe Anastasi (born 23 August 1976) is an Italian composer and musician from Palermo, Sicily. Life and career Anastasi was born to a father from Marsala and a mother from Palermo. At the age of 21, he was admitted to a music school in Rome, ''Cet di Mogol''. In 2001 he collaborated with Francesco Baccini, whom he wrote the song "Son resuscitato" and five years later, in 2006, he participated in the music festival Musicultura, where he reached to the final of the event with the song "Lo specchio". When he was working in the CET, as an assistant, he met with Arisa.
