Sinar Mas is one of the largest Conglomerate (company), conglomerates in Indonesia. It was formed in 1938. It has numerous subsidiaries including Asia Pulp & Paper and palm oil producer PT SMART. PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk, commonly known as Smartfren (stylized as smartfren.), formerly known as PT Mobile 8 Telecom Tbk, is an Indonesia-based wireless network operator headquartered in Central Jakarta. Karawang International Industrial City (KIIC) is an industrial estate at Karawang Regency, West Java, which is located about 30 km south of Jakarta, Indonesia.
