Simon Pryce
Simon James Pryce (born 7 March 1972) is an Australian children's entertainer, singer and actor. He is best known for his work as the Red Wiggle of The Wiggles since 2013, and also for the children's show '' The Kingdom of Paramithi''. Early life and education Pryce, whose grandparents were opera singers, started performing at an early age. He studied drama at the University of Western Sydney. Career Theatre He has performed in several musicals, including ''Cats'' as Old Deuteronomy, ''Masterpiece: The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber'', '' Witches of Eastwick'', ''Villain of Flowers'', '' South Pacific'', ''Fidelio'' with Opera Australia, and ''The Sunshine Club'' with the Sydney Theatre Company. The Masked Singer (Australian Season 2)
The second season of '' The Masked Singer Australia'' was renewed in October 2019 and premiered on Monday, 10 August 2020. Osher Günsberg returned as the show's host. In the Grand Finale on 14 September 2020, Bonnie Anderson (as “Bushranger”) was crowned as the winner, Kate Miller-Heidke (as “Queen”) was the runner-up, and Eddie Perfect (as “Frillneck”) placed third. 2014 ARIA Music Awards
The 28th Annual Australian Recording Industry Association Music Awards (generally known as ARIA Music Awards or simply The ARIAs) are a series of award ceremonies which include the 2014 ARIA Artisan Awards, ARIA Hall of Fame Awards, ARIA Fine Arts Awards and ARIA Awards. The latter ceremony took place on 26 November at the Star Event Centre, and was telecast by Network Ten. The final nominees for ARIA Awards categories were announced on 10 October, as well as nominees and winners for Fine Arts Awards and Artisan Awards. Public votes were used for the categories, Song of the Year, Best Australian Live Act, Best International Artist and Best Video. Water Rats (TV Series)
''Water Rats'' is an Australian police procedural crime drama television series created by John Hugginson and Tony Morphett for the Nine Network. The series was based on the work of Sydney Water Police who fight crime around Sydney Harbour and surrounding locales. The show was set on and around Goat Island in Sydney Harbour. ''Water Rats'' premiered on 12 February 1996, and ran for six seasons and 177 episodes. Colin Friels and Catherine McClements were the original stars of the series and were instrumental in the show's early success. They both departed the show in 1999. In later seasons, Steve Bisley, Aaron Pedersen and Dee Smart became the show's main stars. For the sixth and final season in 2001, the show concentrated more on the cops' personal lives rather than just focusing on the crimes committed. Jeff Fatt
Jeffrey Wayne Fatt (born 21 July 1953) is an Australian musician and actor. He was a member of the children's group The Wiggles from its founding in 1991 to 2012, and was also in the 1980s and 1990s pop band The Cockroaches with fellow Wiggle Anthony Field. He was the oldest member of the original Wiggles line up. Fatt was also known for falling asleep on stage, causing the other members (and later on the audience) to utter the iconic Wiggles catchphrase "Wake Up, Jeff!", which was also the title of one of their songs, as well as the title of one of their videos and albums. Greg Page (musician)
Gregory John Page, (born 16 January 1972) is an Australian singer, musician and actor. He is best known as the original lead singer and a founding member of the children's band the Wiggles from 1991 to 2006 and then again in 2012. Starting with his self-titled debut album, since 1998, Page has recorded several solo albums, his latest, ''Here Comes Christmas!'', being released in 2015. Since the mid 2000s, Page has suffered from severe health problems, which caused his early departure from the Wiggles and brief retirement in 2006; his 2012 album ''Let It Be Me'', began production in 2004, but was postponed due to his health conditions. Murray Cook
Murray James Cook, AM (born 30 June 1960) is an Australian musician, actor, and DJ. Cook was one of the founding members of the children's band the Wiggles from 1991 to 2012. Cook provided guitar, vocals, and songwriting in the group, and remained involved with its creative and production aspects after his retirement. In 2013, Cook served as the Wiggles' tour manager. He also remains active in many music projects, including, writing and performing with the Sydney soul-rock band The Soul Movers. He is the father of wheelchair basketball player Georgia Munro-Cook.
