Simen Juklerød
Simen Kristiansen Juklerød (born 18 May 1994) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Eliteserien club Vålerenga. Club career He started his youth career in IL Jutul, but joined Bærum SK at the age of ten. He progressed to the junior team and attended Dønski Upper Secondary School in Bærum's own training class. He broke into the senior team in 2013, and featured in the 2015 Norwegian First Division which ended with relegation. After the season, he was signed by first-tier club Vålerenga. He made his Norwegian Premier League debut in March 2016, playing one half against Sogndal. On 17 July 2018 Juklerød signed for Belgium side Royal Antwerp. The 2018 Eliteserien was the 74th completed season of top-tier football in Norway. This was second season of Eliteserien as rebranding from Tippeligaen. The season began on 11 March and ended 24 November 2018, not including play-off matches. Fixtures for the 2018 season were announced on 19 December 2017. 2019–20 Belgian Cup
The 2019–20 Belgian Cup, called the Croky Cup for sponsorship reasons, was the 65th season of Belgium's annual football cup competition. The competition began on 26 July 2019 and ended with the final on 1 August 2020. The winners of the competition qualified for the 2020–21 UEFA Europa League Group Stage. KV Mechelen were the defending champions, but were unable to defend their title as the club got banned from the competition for one season after being found guilty of match-fixing as part of the 2017–19 Belgian football fraud scandal. Competition format The competition consisted of ten rounds. Except for the semi-finals, all rounds were single-match elimination rounds. When tied after 90 minutes in the first three rounds, penalties were taken immediately. The Belgian Cup (french: link=no, Coupe de Belgique; nl, Beker van België []; german: link=no, Belgischer Fußballpokal) is the main Single-elimination tournament, knockout association football, football competition in Belgium, run by the Belgian Football Association, Royal Belgian FA. The competition started in 1908 with provincial selections as the "Belgian Provinces Cup". Starting from 1912 only actual clubs were allowed to partake. Team changes On the final matchday of the previous season, Royal Excel Mouscron was overtaken by Waasland-Beveren, pushing them into a direct relegation spot and thus causing the Mouscron team to return to the second level after six seasons.
