Diobu, Port Harcourt
Diobu is a densely populated neighborhood of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, located within the Port Harcourt metropolis. Neighborhood Diobu is significant as the childhood residence of the former Rivers State governor Chibuike Amaechi.
