Silvana Arbia (born 19 November 1952 in Senise, Italy) was previously the Registrar of the International Criminal Court. After gaining experience as a judge and prosecutor in Italy, Arbia made her international début as a Senior Trial Attorney at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. Biography Education and training Arbia obtained her master's degree in law at the University of Padua in Italy in 1976 and, while working, continued her training in order to specialise in European law (at the Academy of European Law in Florence) and international law (at The Hague Academy of International Law). She undertook additional training at the René Cassin International Institute of Human Rights in 1989 and at the Canadian Human Rights Foundation in 1995. Silvana Hildegard "Sylvana" Simons (born 31 January 1971) is a Surinamese-born Dutch politician and former television presenter. She has been a member of the House of Representatives since 2021 on behalf of BIJ1, an egalitarian anti-racist party founded by Simons in 2016. Silvana Petra Tirinzoni (born 25 June 1979) is a Swiss curler from Zurich. She is currently the reigning women's world champion skip having won the last three championships, in 2019, 2021 and . Silvana Tenreyro (born 6 September 1973) is a British-Argentine economist who is Professor of Economics at the London School of Economics and External Member of the Bank of England's Monetary Policy Committee since July 2017. She currently serves as the president of the European Economic Association for 2021.
