Sillunu Oru Kaadhal (TV Series)
''Sillunu Oru Kaadhal'' () is a 2006 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film directed by N. Krishna from a basic story by AC Durai. It stars Suriya, Bhumika and Jyothika, while Shriya Sharma, Sukanya, Vadivelu and Santhanam play supporting roles. The film's score and soundtrack were composed by A. R. Rahman, with lyrics by the Indian poet Vaali; cinematography for the film was handled by R. D. Rajasekhar and editing was handled by Anthony. The film was released on 8 September 2006, three days before the wedding of Suriya and Jyothika. The film was first titled as ''Jillunu Oru Kadhal'', and it is then changed to ''Sillunu Oru Kadhal to have a'' pure-Tamil name. In 2015, this film was remade into Marathi as ''Tu Hi Re'', starring Swapnil Joshi, Sai Tamhankar, Tejaswini Pandit and directed by Sanjay Jadhav. Krishnan K. T. Nagarajan, commonly known as Krishna, N. Krishna, and Obeli N. Krishna, is an Indian film director and screenwriter, from the Tamil film industry. He made his directorial debut with the 2006 romantic drama, ''Sillunu Oru Kaadhal''. Career Krishna started his film career in Tamil film industry, with Gautham Vasudev Menon. Sai Tamhankar (Pronunciation: əiː t̪aːmɦəɳkəɾ born 25 June 1986) is an Indian actress known for her work in Marathi, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam language films and television. Halwa Vasu
Vasu, popularly known as Halwa Vasu, (died 17 August 2017) was a comedian in the Tamil film industry in India. He worked in around 900 films. Career Vasu who hailed from Madurai district, came to Chennai to work in cinemas after his graduation. Vasu worked as an assistant to director-actor Manivannan, he carved a niche for himself in comedy films and has also acted alongside the likes of Vadivelu. He was given the name "Halwa Vasu" after the film ''Amaidhi Padai'' (1994), in which he brings halwa which is adulterated with abin, a drug, by the antagonist in the movie who uses it to rape an innocent girl.
