Siliconia
"Siliconia" is the second episode of ''Red Dwarf XII'' and the 69th in the series run. Originally broadcast on the British television channel Dave on 19 October 2017, it was made available early on 12 October 2017 on UKTV Play. The crew are kidnapped by a militant group of mechanoid insurgents known as the MILF (Mechanoid Intergalactic Liberation Front), "liberating" Kryten from his servitude, and converting Lister, Rimmer, and Cat into mechanoids themselves. Synopsis The day starts as any other onboard ''Red Dwarf'' with Kryten receiving a multitude of orders from the other three. Later on, Kryten discovers they've located Lister's guitar, previously flushed out into deep space. The crew, though with a very reluctant Rimmer and Cat included, take ''Starbug'' over to retrieve it. James Buckley (actor)
James Patrick Buckley (born 14 August 1987) is an English actor, musician, YouTuber and streamer. He is best known for playing Jay Cartwright in the E4 sitcom ''The Inbetweeners.'' Early life and education James Patrick Buckley was born in Croydon, England. His father was a postman and his mother worked for the Home Office. The crew happen upon an abandoned research facility where several infamous figures from history reside, supposedly "cured" of their evil. Synopsis The crew play a game of poker, with Lister attempting to teach Cat how to have a proper poker face, but Cat failing to understand. Kryten interrupts to report on a resource-rich station to scavenge, which the crew head off towards onboard ''Starbug'', which requires an elaborate start-up sequence to work due to its state of disrepair. A powerful sandstorm leaves them temporarily stranded there. The crew venture through the base, encountering "cyrobooths" bearing the names of Messalina, Vlad the Impaler, Joseph Stalin, and Adolf Hitler. Robert Llewellyn (born 10 March 1956) is a British actor, comedian, presenter and writer. He plays the mechanoid Kryten in the sci-fi television sitcom ''Red Dwarf'' and formerly presented the engineering gameshow '' Scrapheap Challenge''. He has also founded and hosts a YouTube series, '' Fully Charged''. Early life Llewellyn was born in Northampton, England.
