Silent Majority Group is a record label founded in 2006 by former Creed (band), Creed, Alter Bridge, and Sevendust artist manager Jeff Hanson (music executive), Jeff Hanson that concentrates on finding and developing up-and-coming alternative, rock and pop acts such as Framing Hanley, Paramore and Brother Sundance, as well as providing a home for established acts such as Candlebox and Tantric (band), Tantric. The label also provides artist and producer management. SMG is promoted and distributed by both Kobalt / Awal and ADA/Warner Music Group. Blacklite District
Kyle Pfeiffer (born June 9, 1990), better known by his stage name Blacklite District, is an American rock music artist. Raised in Indiana, Pfeiffer moved to Spearfish, South Dakota at a young age. Before taking the name as his own, Blacklite District was previously a band comprised by Pfeiffer and Roman James. Blacklite District has four songs which have reached Top 40 on the ''Billboard'' Mainstream Rock Airplay chart. Early life Kyle Pfeiffer was born on June 9, 1990, and grew up in Indiana before moving to South Dakota at a young age. As both of his parents struggled with drug addiction, Pfeiffer was raised by his grandparents. On May 3, 1999, his mother passed away from a heroin overdose at the age of 27. Paramore
Paramore is an American rock band from Franklin, Tennessee, formed in 2004. The band currently consists of lead vocalist Hayley Williams, guitarist Taylor York and drummer Zac Farro. Williams and Farro are founding members of the group, while York, a high school friend of the original lineup, joined in 2007. The band is signed to Fueled by Ramen, a subsidiary of Atlantic Records, both owned by Warner Music Group. Williams was separately signed to Atlantic as she was scouted when she was a teenager, and they were the only label to let her stay in the band instead of going solo, but Atlantic said the rest of the band had to sign to Fueled by Ramen. She is also the only member to appear on all five of Paramore's studio albums. Mutemath (sometimes styled as MuteMath or MUTEMATH) is an American alternative rock project founded by American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and record producer Paul Meany. Originally co-founded as a band with Darren King in 2002, Meany decided to continue Mutemath as a solo project following King's departure in 2017. Mutemath draws heavily from influences in 1960s and 1970s soul, psychedelic rock, and jam band styles, utilizing vintage guitars and amplifiers as well as Rhodes keyboards, synthesizers, and other electronic instruments such as the keytar. FF5 (formerly known as Family Force 5, The Phamily, Ground Noise and The Brothers) is an American Christian rock band from Atlanta, Georgia. Course of Nature was an American alternative rock band formed in Enterprise, Alabama in 2001, later based in Los Angeles. The band was co-founded by lead singer and rhythm guitarist Mark Wilkerson, with a final lineup of Sean Kipe (lead guitar), Jackson Eppley ( bass) and Shane Lenzen O'Connell (drums). History Mark Wilkerson and guitarist/bassist John "Fish" Milldrum formed Course of Nature after leaving Alabama band Cog, naming their new band after a song title from their previous band. Rylan Talerico, known professionally as Brother Sundance, is an American singer, songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist and Warner Bros. Records recording artist. He first gained recognition following the release of debut self-produced EP ''Honey'', released on August 11, 2017 through Silent Majority Group. Early life Talerico was born on October 2, 1998, in Boca Raton, Florida. The oldest of two children born into a musical family, Rylan began playing the drums at age 2 under the influence of his father Justin Talerico, a longtime drummer and respected member of the family's local music and arts community. Tantric is an American rock band from Louisville, Kentucky. The group was founded in 1998 by Todd Whitener, Jesse Vest and Matt Taul after they left Days of the New, and joined forces with vocalist Hugo Ferreira. Ferreira is the only remaining member of the band from the original lineup. The band's most recent release, their 8th full-length album " The Sum Of All Things", was released July 23, 2021, via Cleopatra Records.
