Siddhant Lohani
Siddhant Lohani ( ne, सिद्धान्त लोहनी) (born 2 March 1995) is a Nepalese cricketer. Lohani is a right-handed batsman and a leg break bowler. He made his debut for Nepal against Jersey in July 2015. He represents the Region No.1 Biratnagar of the National League, Colors X-Factors of the Nepal Premier League and Merryland College, which plays in the SPA Cup. Playing career Siddhant first represented Nepal Under-19s in the 2014 ACC Under-19 Asia Cup. He plays for Region no. 1 Biratnagar in the domestic league. He scored a half century off just 19 balls and went on to score 67 runs off 25 balls against Region no. 8 Pokhara in the Senior One-Day National Cricket Tournament 2015. Biratnagar () is a metropolitan city in Nepal, which serves as the capital of Province No. 1. The Nepal national cricket team ( ne, नेपाल राष्ट्रिय क्रिकेट टीम) nicknamed The Rhinos and Gorkhalis, represents the country of Nepal in International cricket and is governed by the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN). The 2015 ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier, for the 2016 World Twenty20, was held from 6 to 26 July 2015. The tournament was hosted by both Ireland and Scotland. 51 matches were played among 14 nations, down from 72 matches among 16 nations previously. Bowling, in cricket, is the action of propelling the ball toward the wicket defended by a batter. A player skilled at bowling is called a ''bowler''; a bowler who is also a competent batter is known as an all-rounder. Bowling the ball is distinguished from ''throwing'' the ball by a strictly specified biomechanical definition, which restricts the angle of extension of the elbow. Leg Break
Leg spin is a type of spin bowling in cricket. A leg spinner bowls right-arm with a wrist spin action. The leg spinner's normal delivery causes the ball to spin from right to left (from the bowler's perspective) when the ball bounces on the pitch. For a right-handed batsman, that is away from the leg side, and this is where it gets the name leg break. Leg spinners bowl mostly leg breaks, varying them by adjusting the line and length, and amount of side spin versus topspin of the deliveries. Leg spinners also typically use variations of flight by sometimes looping the ball in the air, allowing any cross-breeze and the aerodynamic effects of the spinning ball to cause the ball to dip and drift before bouncing and spinning or "turning", sharply.
