The Sibrevcomovsky Bridge (russian: Сибревкомовский мост, ''Sibrevcomovsky Most'') is a pedestrian bridge over the Ippodromskya Street, connecting the Tsentralny City District, Novosibirsk, Tsentralny and Oktyabrsky City District, Novosibirsk, Oktyabrsky districts of Novosibirsk, Russia. It was opened on November 7, 1926. Architect: M. A. Ulianinsky. Previously, it was a road bridge. Initially, it crossed the Kamenka River (lower tributary of Ob River), Kamenka River, but then the river was enclosed in a tunnel. Bridge name The bridge is named after Sibrevcom Street, Novosibirsk, Sibrevcom Street. History The Sibrevcomovsky Bridge was constructed from May 1925 to November 1926. Until the 1960s, it was a dangerous place. Frequent robberies occurred on the bridge. In the 1980s, the bridge became a pedestrian walkway. Kamenka River (lower Tributary Of Ob River)
The Kamenka (russian: Каменка) is a small river in Novosibirsk Oblast, Russia. Its length is 25 km (16 mi), with a drainage basin of 130 square kilometres. The river rises in the swamp near Leninsky Settlement and runs southwest through the following settlements: Vitaminka, Sovetsky, Voskhod and Kamenka Village, then flows through the Dzerzhinsky, Tsentralny and Oktyabrsky city districts of Novosibirsk.
