Siaosi Mahoni
Siaosi "CC" Mahoni (born 29 January 1997) is an American international rugby union player for the Houston Sabercats in Major League Rugby (MLR). His preferred position is lock. He is of Tongan descent. Mahoni was part of the first professional rugby competition in the United States, playing for PRO Rugby team San Francisco Rush. East Palo Alto (abbreviated E.P.A.) is a city in San Mateo County, California, United States. As of the 2020 census, the population of East Palo Alto was 30,034. It is situated on the San Francisco Peninsula, roughly halfway between the cities of San Francisco and San Jose. To the north and east is the San Francisco Bay, to the west is the city of Menlo Park, and to the south the city of Palo Alto. Despite being called "East" Palo Alto, the city is directly north of Palo Alto. The 2017–18 Rugby Pro D2 was the second-level French rugby union club competition, behind the Top 14, for the 2017–18 season. It ran alongside the 2017–18 Top 14 competition; both competitions are operated by the Ligue Nationale de Rugby (LNR).
