Si Lom Station
Si Lom station (, , ) is an underground station of the Bangkok MRT, on the Blue Line. The station is located beneath Rama IV Road at Sala Daeng Intersection, where Si Lom Road begins, serving one of the city's main business districts. Station Si Lom station is the 26th station on the Blue Line, lying between the Lumphini and Sam Yan stations on a section of the line running beneath Rama IV Road. It has been described as the most challenging to construct of the Blue Line, since it lies beneath the Thai–Japan Bridge that crosses Sala Daeng Intersection, requiring a complex underpinning process to replace the bridge's original foundations. The station features two vertically stacked platforms beneath the main concourse level, which is deeper than that of other stations to accommodate the bridge foundations. Silom Complex
Si Lom Road (also written as Silom, th, สีลม, ) is a major street in the Thai capital Bangkok, best known for its commercial neighbourhood, which, along with the nearby and roughly parallel Sathon Road, forms one of the city's main business districts. Queen Saovabha Memorial Institute
The Queen Saovabha Memorial Institute (QSMI) ( th, สถานเสาวภา; ) in Bangkok, Thailand, is an institute that specialises in the husbandry of venomous snakes, the extraction and research of snake venom, and vaccines, especially rabies vaccine. It houses the snake farm, a popular tourist attraction. The origins of the institute can be traced back to 1912 when King Rama VI granted permission for a government institute to manufacture and distribute rabies vaccine at the suggestion of Prince Damrong, whose daughter, , died from rabies infection. Dusit Thani Hotel
The Dusit Thani Bangkok, often referred to simply as the Dusit Thani Hotel ( th, โรงแรมดุสิตธานี), was a luxury hotel in the Thai capital's Bang Rak District. Lumphini Park ( th, สวนลุมพินี, , ), also Lumpini or Lumpinee, is a 360 rai () park in Bangkok, Thailand. The park offers rare open public space, trees, and playgrounds in the Thai capital and contains an artificial lake where visitors can rent boats. Paths around the park totalling approximately 2.5 km in length are a popular area for morning and evening joggers.
