Meanwhile, in a parody of the antivaccine movement, Eric Cartman, terrified of needles, seeks to avoid a required immunization by citing fear that vaccines might make him "artistic", an eggcorn play on the word autistic, that is literally realized in the episode. Plot Randy Marsh celebrates the milestone $300,000 in profit that his business, Tegridy Farms, has made selling marijuana by organizing a parade and producing a television commercial touting the new customer base resulting from his recent deal with the Chinese government. "Let Them Eat Goo" is the fourth episode of the South Park (season 23), twenty-third season of the American animated television series ''South Park''. The 301st episode overall of the series, it premiered on Comedy Central in the United States on October 16, 2019. In the episode, marijuana farmer Randy and Sharon Marsh, Randy Marsh, needing to boost his profits, finds a new use for the discarded portions of his harvests that may raise his profits, campaigning for the town to move toward a plant-based diet; while Cartman sees this as a threat to the food he loves to eat. "Band in China" is the second episode of the twenty-third season of the American animated television series '' South Park''. The 299th episode overall of the series, it premiered on Comedy Central in the United States on October 2, 2019. The episode parodies media censorship in China, and the manner in which the American entertainment industry purposefully compromises its productions to avoid it. Despite receiving generally positive reviews from American critics, the episode triggered a negative response from China. The Chinese government banned ''South Park'' entirely following this episode’s release, a move which in turn drew criticism from the creators of the show. Liane Cartman
Liane Marie Cartman is a fictional character in the adult animated television series ''South Park''. She is the single mother of main character Eric, who raises him in the fictional town of South Park, Colorado. Liane is considered one of the more prominent parents of all the South Park parents, as she makes many appearances throughout the series. Liane first appeared in the series' first episode " Cartman Gets an Anal Probe", which premiered on Comedy Central on August 13, 1997.
