Shira Arad
Shira Arad (Hebrew: שירה ארד, born July 4, 1972) is an Israeli film editor and musical supervisor. She is a former DJ and TV actress. In 2016 she received the Ophir Award for Best Film Editing, for the movie Our Father. Since 2020 Arad is a member of the European Film Academy. Early career Arad studied acting at The Poor School in London, graduating in 1995. In that same year she was the assistant director of Hanoch Levin in the play ''Beheading'' at Habimah Theatre. She began her acting career in the play ''The Physicists'' at the Left Bank theatre. She later performed in the play ''The Crucible'' at the Habimah Theatre, directed by Shmulik Hasfari (1999), and in the play ''My Kinneret'' at the Beersheba Theater (2002-2002). Film Editor
Film editing is both a creative and a technical part of the post-production process of filmmaking. The term is derived from the traditional process of working with film which increasingly involves the use of digital technology. The film editor works with raw footage, selecting shots and combining them into sequences which create a finished motion picture. Film editing is described as an art or skill, the only art that is unique to cinema, separating filmmaking from other art forms that preceded it, although there are close parallels to the editing process in other art forms such as poetry and novel writing. A disc jockey, more commonly abbreviated as DJ, is a person who plays recorded music for an audience. Types of DJs include Radio personality, radio DJs (who host programs on music radio stations), club DJs (who work at a nightclub or music festival), mobile DJs (who are hired to work at public and private events such as weddings, parties, or festivals), and turntablism, turntablists (who use record players, usually turntables, to manipulate sounds on phonograph records). Yehezkel Lazarov
Yehezkel Lazarov ( he, יחזקאל לזרוב Y'ḥezeqel Lazarov; born 8 February 1974) is an Israeli actor, director, and multidisciplinary artist. In 2022 he was elected to serve as the head of the school of Performing Arts at the Kibbutzim Seminary College. Biography As a child, Lazarov performed as a professional tap dancer in musicals. Yevgeny Aryeh
Yevgeny Arye (or Yevgeni, russian: Евгений Арье, he, יבגני אריה, 28 November 1947 – 19 January 2022) was an Israeli theater director, playwright, scriptwriter, and set designer. Career In the Soviet Union, Aryeh was a veteran theater and television director. Aryeh was the theater director for the Gesher Theater, in Tel Aviv, Israel, and noted for his "special vision". Gesher was founded in 1991 by Russian immigrants headed by Aryeh. In 2001, Aryeh was nominated for the Israel Theater Prize for playwright, for ''Satan in Moscow''. Gesher Theater is an Israeli theater company founded in 1991 in Tel Aviv by new immigrants from Russia. Kobi Oz ( he, קובי אוז, , born Ya'akov Uzan ( he, יעקב אוזן, ) on 17 September 1969) is the lead singer of Israeli group Teapacks. Biography Yaakov Uzan was born on 17 September 1969 in Sderot to Tunisian Jewish parents who moved to the British Mandate of Palestine in 1942 to escape the pro-nazi Vichy France regime. In 1985, Uzan adopted the stage name Kobi Oz and began playing music and composing. He started out playing keyboards for the band Sfatayim, which performed traditional Moroccan music. In 1988, Oz released two solo singles, "Silonim" (Jets) and "Lispor kvasim" (Counting Sheep), which didn't get much traction. "Lispor kvasim" would be revisited in 1992 for Teapacks' debut album, ''Shvil klipot hagarinim''.
