Shin-Takashima Station
is an underground railway station on the Minatomirai Line in Nishi-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, operated by the third-sector railway operating company Yokohama Minatomirai Railway. The , formally the , is a subway line operated by Tokyo Metro in west-central Tokyo and Wako, Saitama, Japan. The newest line in the Tokyo subway network, it opened in stages between 1994 and 2008. Hara Model Railway Museum
The is a model railway museum in Nishi-ku, Yokohama, Japan, which opened on 10 July 2012. Managed by Mitsui Fudosan, the museum houses the extensive collection of model trains built and amassed by the Japanese model railway enthusiast . The museum covers an area of approximately 1,700 m², with the display area covering an area of approximately 1,200 m². Exhibits Approximately 1,000 items from Hara's private collection of more than 6,000 model railway items are on display. The centrepiece of the museum is a 30-metre x 10 metre diorama called which features " 1 gauge" (45 mm gauge) model trains from around the world, and has approximately 450 metres of track. Marinos Town
was a football (soccer) venue in Yokohama, Japan. The official name is " Yokohama F.Marinos MM21 Training Center". It was the head office and training facility of the Yokohama F.Marinos. It was located in the Minato Mirai 21 ( Nishi-ku) area of Yokohama. The closest station to Marinos Town was Shin-Takashima Station on the Minato Mirai Line. Before moving to Marinos Town, the Yokohama F.Marinos trained in Totsuka training center ( Totsuka-ku) and had their front office at Shin-Koyasu (Kanagawa-ku). A side platform (also known as a marginal platform or a single-face platform) is a platform positioned to the side of one or more railway tracks or guideways at a railway station, tram stop, or transitway. Seibu Ikebukuro Line
The is a railway line of the Japanese private railway operator Seibu Railway. It originates at Ikebukuro Station, a large railway junction in north-western Tokyo, extending to northwest suburbs as far as Tokorozawa, Saitama, and nominally terminates at Agano Station. The Seibu Chichibu Line from Agano to Seibu-Chichibu Station is an extension. The operation is largely divided into two sections: from Ikebukuro to Hannō Station and from Hannō to Seibu-Chichibu Station. The section from Hannō to Seibu-Chichibu is single track, but every station except for Higashi-Hanno has passing loops, and trains may pass each other at any stop.
