Shiloh Hoganson
Shiloh Reann Hoganson (born April 25, 1993), previously known mononymously as Shiloh () and currently performing under the stage name Lyldoll, is a Canadian singer-songwriter. Shiloh has performed with Stereos, Hedley, Marianas Trench, and Faber Drive, and has been credited for writing in various hit songs, such as "Tonight I'm Getting Over You" by Carly Rae Jepsen. She has a mezzo-soprano vocal range. Early life Shiloh was born in Abbotsford, British Columbia, and was raised in several locations in Saskatchewan as well as Edmonton, Alberta. Shiloh has Irish, Swedish, Ojibwe, Cree and Métis ancestry. She attended Allendale Junior High School until she was 13. Growing up, Shiloh was inspired by Michael Jackson and entered singing contests and competitions, starting at the age of 7, including a radio contest for The Bounce (91.7 CHBN-FM) in Edmonton, Alberta, which she won in 2006. 2009 MuchMusic Video Awards
The 2009 MuchMusic Video Awards were held in Toronto, Ontario at MuchMusic's headquarters on June 21, 2009. Along with the MuchMusic VJ's, on April 16, 2009, it was confirmed on the MuchMusic website that the Jonas Brothers would co-host the show. The show featured performances by The Black Eyed Peas, Billy Talent, Lady Gaga, Jonas Brothers, Alexisonfire, Kelly Clarkson and others. The artists with the most nominations were Nickelback and Danny Fernandes with five nominations each. Nickelback won the most awards with 3 awards. ''MuchOnDemand'' (also called MOD) is an hour-long per broadcast viewer interactive television program aired on MuchMusic, Monday through Friday at 5pm ET. It was broadcast live from 299 Queen Street West in Toronto, Ontario. ''The Best of MuchOnDemand'', aired Sundays at 10am ET, highlighting the best moments on the show from the past week. ''MuchOnDemand'' acted as MuchMusic's flagship show in a similar manner as MTV's U.S. music video countdown show ''Total Request Live''. ''MuchDance'' is a series of pop/dance albums featuring various artists compiled, mixed and released by the Canadian television station MuchMusic, starting in 1997. It continues a similar series released in association with Quality Records from 1990 to 1997 under the name ''Muchmusic Dance Mix''. In addition to the ordinary albums in the series, MuchMusic also released albums such as ''MuchDance 80's'' (2005) that included classics like Paula Abdul's "Straight Up." There has also been a volume of ''MuchDance 90s'' released, along with two #1 hits compilations.
