Shevon John-Brown
Shavon Owner John-Brown (born 13 April 1995) is a Grenadian footballer who plays as a forward for New York Pancyprian-Freedoms, the New York Renegades in the United Premier Soccer League, and the Grenada national team. He last played professional football for USL Championship club El Paso Locomotive. Early life John-Brown was born in Montreal, Quebec to Grenadian parents. At a young age, he returned with his family to their home village of River Sallee, St. Patrick. Club career John-Brown played for Hard Rock FC in the Grenada League Premier Division. In his debut season he scored eight goals for the club, assisting them on their way to the league title. In April 2021, John-Brown joined National Independent Soccer Association side New Amsterdam FC ahead of the spring 2021 season. Shevon Jemie Lai (born 8 August 1993) is a Malaysian badminton player. Career She started playing badminton at her primary school SJKC Kuen Cheng 2, then in 2011 she joined the Malaysia national badminton team. She competed at the BWF World Junior Championships in the mixed team event and won a silver medal in 2009, a bronze medal in 2010, and a gold medal in 2011. In 2012, she became the champion of the Smiling Fish International tournament in the mixed doubles event partnered with Wong Fai Yin. She also became the semi-finalist of the Malaysia International tournament in women's doubles event partnered with Marylen Ng and at the Singapore International tournament in mixed's doubles event partnered with Ong Jian Guo. Shevon Nieto
Shevon Nieto (née Stoddart; born 21 November 1982) is a former Jamaican hurdler. She won the bronze medal at the 2005 Central American and Caribbean Championships and finished fifth at the 2006 Commonwealth Games. At the 2006 Central American and Caribbean Games she won a silver medal in 4x400 metres relay. She also competed at the 2004 Olympic Games and the 2005 World Championships without reaching the final. She made her 2nd Olympic team in 2008 held in Beijing, China and represented Jamaica in the 400 hurdles. In 2015, she made her 3rd World Championship team in Beijing, China representing Jamaica in the 400 hurdles. Her personal best time is 54.47 seconds, achieved in June 2005 in Sacramento. She attended the University of South Carolina on a track scholarship. Shevon is also a singer and participant in the Art of the Olympians.
