Shera Radhuni
''Shera Radhuni'' is a Bangladeshi competitive cooking reality TV show. The show was launched by Square Consumer Products Ltd and first premiered on 2006 on Channel i and then on Maasranga Television from 2012. Format Initial round consist of many contestants from across Bangladesh individually auditioning by presenting a dish before the three judges to gain one of the first 20 places. Series Seasons Season 1 Shera Radhuni 1412 aired from 7 February 2006 on Channel i. Hosted by Tania Ahmed. Judges were Siddika Kabir and Hosne Ara. Siddika Kabir
Siddiqua Kabir (May 7, 1931 – January 31, 2012) was a Bangladeshi nutritionist, academic, cookbook author, and cooking show television host. A professor, Kabir hosted, and guest starred in numerous television shows featuring Bangladeshi cuisine, including ''Siddiqua Kabir's Recipe'' on NTV Bangla. Early life and education Kabir was born in Dhaka, on May 7, 1931. She was the second of the six children. She lost her father at the age of 17. She attended college for mathematics and received a master's degree on the subject. With a scholarship from the Ford Foundation, she obtained her second master's degree in Food, Nutrition and Institutional Administration from Oklahoma State University in 1963. Career Kabir began her teaching career in 1957 by joining the mathematics department of Eden Girls' College in Azimpur, Dhaka. Dilara Hanif Rita (born 11 July 1981), known by her stage name Purnima, is a Bangladeshi film actress. She won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Actress for her performance in the film ''Ora Amake Bhalo Hote Dilo Na'' (2010), written and directed by Kazi Hayat. Channel i ( bn, চ্যানেল আই) is a Bangladeshi Bengali-language satellite and cable television channel owned by Impress Group. It was launched on 1 October 1999, as Bangladesh's first digital television channel. It is one of the oldest satellite television channels in Bangladesh. Maasranga Television ( bn, মাছরাঙা টেলিভিশন; ) is a Bangladeshi Bengali-language satellite and cable television channel owned by the Square Group. It commenced broadcasts on 30 July 2011, and is based in Banani, Dhaka. History Maasranga Television received its broadcasting license from the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission, along with several other privately owned Bangladeshi television channels, on 20 October 2009. The channel commenced official transmissions on 30 July 2011, with the "Rangati Elo Machranga" (রাঙাতে এল মাছরাঙা; ) slogan.
