''Sheen'' (Kashmiri/Sanskrit: Snow) is a 2004 Indian Bollywood film produced and directed by Ashok Pandit. It stars Raj Babbar, Tarun Arora and Sheen in pivotal roles.The film deals with the plight of the Kashmiri Pandits, who fled their homes as refugees in the light of the Kashmir insurgency. Raj Babbar (born 23 June 1952) is an Indian Hindi and Punjabi film actor and politician belonging to Indian National Congress. three-time member of the Lok Sabha and a two-time member of the Upper House of the Indian Parliament.
