Sharen Davis (born February 22, 1957) is an American costume designer. She has been nominated for two Academy Award for '' Ray'' and ''Dreamgirls''. She is a frequent collaborator with actor Denzel Washington, having worked with him five times; most recently on the film adaption of ''Fences''. A costume designer is a person who designs costumes for a film, stage production or television show. The role of the costume designer is to create the characters' outfits or costumes and balance the scenes with texture and colour, etc. The costume designer works alongside the Theatre director, director, scenic design, scenic, lighting designer, sound designer, and other creative personnel. Doug Atchison
Doug Atchison is an American motion picture director and screenwriter. He received the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Nicholl Fellowship for the screenplay for '' Akeelah and the Bee'', which Atchison directed as a film in 2006. After winning the Nicholl Fellowship, former ICM superagent Lou Pitt guided Atchison's screenplay into production in partnership with Lions Gate Entertainment and 2929 Entertainment. Taylor Edwin Hackford (born December 31, 1944) is an American film director and former president of the Directors Guild of America. He won the Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film for ''Teenage Father'' (1979).
