Shane Grambeau
Shane Grambeau (born 17 October 1952) is a former Australian rules footballer for the St Kilda Football Club and Melbourne Football Club in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Grambeau's father Mick played for . AFL career Originally from Victorian Football Association (VFA) Sandringham, Grambeau began his VFL career at the St Kilda Football Club in 1971 where he was used as a Ruckman. He played there for five seasons, totaling 51 games for 39 goals. After struggling to hold down a permanent position, he requested to leave the Saints early in 1975 and joined the Melbourne Football Club in 1976 along with Allan Davis. He played with Melbourne for four seasons between 1976 and 1979, where he was primarily used as a centre-half back and full back. He managed to play 60 games at the club, kicking eight goals. Sandringham Football Club
The Sandringham Football Club, nicknamed The Zebras, is an Australian rules football club based in Melbourne which was formed in 1929 and plays in the Victorian Football League (VFL) which was formerly called the Victorian Football Association (VFA). History The Sandringham Football Club was admitted to the VFA competition (now VFL) for the 1929 season, though the first moves to establish a semi-professional football team from the Sandringham region began two years earlier. The club was formed in that time as a three-way merge of the existing amateur clubs in the area, Sandringham Amateurs, Black Rock FC and Hampton Amateurs. West Torrens Football Club was an Australian rules football club that competed in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL) from 1897 to 1990. In 1991, the club merged with neighbouring Woodville Football Club to form the Woodville-West Torrens Eagles. With the proposed introduction of representative Districts for clubs in the SAFA the Native Club in 1896 derived its name from Electoral district of West Torrens and based itself in the western suburbs of Adelaide, around the western reaches of the River Torrens.
