Kaliakair ( bn, কালিয়াকৈর) is an upazila (sub-district) of the Gazipur District in central Bangladesh, part of the Dhaka Division. Geography Kaliakair is located at . The Bengal Presidency, officially the Presidency of Fort William and later Bengal Province, was a subdivision of the British Empire in India. At the height of its territorial jurisdiction, it covered large parts of what is now South Asia and Southeast Asia. Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) is a graduate medical university in Bangladesh. It was established in 1965. The university offers postgraduate degrees only, not offering undergraduate medical or dental degrees.
