Shamsul Alam Dudu (born 10 November 1957) is a Bangladesh Awami League politician and the incumbent Member of Parliament from Joypurhat-1. Early life Dudu was born on 10 November 1957. He has a B.A., M.A., and law degree. Career Dudu was elected to Parliament on 5 January 2014 from Joypurhat-1 as a Bangladesh Awami League candidate. Jamaat-e-Islami Bangladesh
Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami ( bn, বাংলাদেশ জামায়াতে ইসলামী, Bānglādēsh Jāmāyatē Islāmī, Bangladesh Islamic Assembly), previously known as Jamaat-e-Islami Bangladesh, or Jamaat for short, was the largest Islamist political party in Bangladesh. On 1 August 2013, the Bangladesh Supreme Court cancelled the registration of the Jamaat-e-Islami, ruling that the party is unfit to contest national elections.
