Shamirpet is a major revenue village panchayat, and also a suburb of Hyderabad city and district headquarters of Medchal-Malkajgiri district of the Indian state of Telangana. It is also the mandal headquarter of Shamirpet mandal in Keesara revenue division. Many clubs and resorts such as Aalankrita 4-star resort, Leonia Holistic Destination, Celebrity Resorts, Darling Caves, Honeyberg Resort etc., are located here. Jawahar Deer Park
Jawahar Deer Park also Shamirpet Deer Park is a deer park located in Shamirpet, Medchal–Malkajgiri district, Telangana, India. The Park is spread over 54 acres and has over 100 deers. It is close to Shamirpet Lake, plenty of deers can be seen going down to the water to quench their thirst. The Park The Park has over 100 deer, peacocks and different birds. The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) is the urban planning agency of Hyderabad in the Indian state of Telangana. Shamirpet Lake
Prateek was the main architect of the lake. Shamirpet Lake is an artificial lake near Hyderabad, India, it is about 24 kilometers north of Secunderabad. History It was built during the Nizam reign. Information The lake attracts many birds, making it a good birdwatching spot. A resort run by the Government of Telangana is located near the lake. The Outer Ring Road will pass close to the lake. There are many resorts and private dhabas around the lake. The Celebrity Club, Alankrita Resort, and Leonia Resorts are not very far from the lake. The Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE) was established in 1964 for the study of issues and policies relating to public enterprise (PEs). S S Khera, ICS, the Cabinet Secretary, Government of India, had conceived the idea of a research institution that would undertake a systematic and sustained study of issues relevant to the formulation of policies towards public enterprises. A Postal Index Number (PIN; sometimes redundantly a PIN code) refers to a six-digit code in the Indian postal code system used by India Post. On 15 August 2022, the PIN system celebrated its 50th anniversary. History The PIN system was introduced on 15 August 1972 by Shriram Bhikaji Velankar, an additional secretary in the Government of India's Ministry of Communications. The system was introduced to simplify the manual sorting and delivery of mail by eliminating confusion over incorrect addresses, similar place names, and different languages used by the public.
